solomon was a king who had a hearts desire to have wisdom and knowledge from God so that he could lead his people whcih he says is Gods people. The significant thing about Solomon was that he wanted to do so much for God. Examples in the story's are when he builds great big temples in honor of GOd. Not only was it for God but also because he wanted a royal place for himself. He builds this temple for his people and also so that God can live there as a spirit. King Solomon was greater in riches and wisdom then all the other kings of the earth. All the kings of the earth sought audience with Solomon to hear the wisdom.
